 14.hh (to make 14.2hh) 3yo Dales Pony
This well put together brown gelding is a true to type Dales pony with excellent conformation, good paces and a wonderful temperament he has by being ridden from the start our 12 yo daughter, he is now away being hacked around the farm tracks of Aske estate as part of his early education. He has undoubted Potential as a county standard novice ridden/In hand mountain and moorland show prospect for 2010 or equally would make a cracking p.c. pony/alrounder. He is good to catch, load and with farrier (unshod as yet)
Since October Smartie has been coming on nicely with his education he has attended some riding club lessons where he has behaved brilliantly and has competed in 2 dressage tests being placed 4th in his first test - at a members only dressage evening - and last weekend he did well to hold his own in a large open class scoring over 62%. Smartie will be going to a Dales pony lecture demo on the 5th Dec as a guinea pig, this will be an excellent educational experience for him and a good way to introduce him to crowds!
