EXCITING LIVERY OPPORTUNITY

Due to downsizing of our own horses Ian and Vicki are in a postition to offer a unique livery package to 2 lucky people on our private yard adjacent to the busy competition centre Northallerton Equestrian Centre.

We are offering a livery package to suit the busy professional/family minded person wanting the best of a DIY type livery with extra services available for those days when your - caught in a long business meeting or have a family "do" to go to or just too wacked to muck out!

Basically you can have as much or as little as you want.

Facilities include own paddock turnout, own stable, own feed barn, livery rest room, shared use of 20 x 60m outdoor and the peace of mind to know if you can't we can.

Prices starting from £30 for the basic package.

Whatever level/discipline you and your horse are currently at/doing.  Let us know your ups and downs and hopefully your successes too, is your horse a re trained race horse, a rescue case or have you been told to sell it but thought you`d struggle on and now you're reaping the benefits - lets us know and we can put your story on next to your pics.  

 

 

Latest Successes

Congratulations to:

  • Congrats to Jane Tombs on winning the Novice 25 with 67% and Novice 36 also with 67% at Bishop Burton recently, Jane says its all down to her Instructor (Ian).
  • Also congrats to Rachel Ellis to who has also won with Broomfield Phoenix recently
  • Well done to Alison Craggs on her 3rd place in Novice 28 at REC. 
  • Sally Heron for coming 2nd in the Novice 27 at REC`s affiliated dressage show last weekend with a score of 65.71%
  • Also competing at REC`s 2 day  show last weekend were - Lucy Thompson who had a 3rd (65%) and a win (67%) in 2 novice classes on her lovely horse Denver
  • Nicky Smith for 2 wins (elem) and a 2nd (medium)  with Crackenthorpe Kinsman.
  • Not to be out done Ian also managed another 2 wins (elem) on Melissa Sharps' handsome grey Don Giovanni, winning the open elementary qualifier with 69.11%.
  • Away from the dressage arena Jessica Allison Hughes won the British novice class at a recent JM equestrian show.
  • Ian Brown and Don Giovanni at their last Affiliated dressage scored an impressive 71.15% to clinch their Novice qualifier and in doing so got their ticket to the winter regionals
  • Holly was 3rd in the prelim qualifier on Castlehill Bobby
  • Vicki Brown who made a come back to the dressage arena with a win also on Castlehill Bobby in the unaffiliated Elementary 57.

Previous Successes

  • Nikki Smith and Crackenthorpe Kinsman were well placed in the Area Festival.
  • Holly Brown (her head will swell at this rate) on her win at the Northallerton Riding Club Junior ODE on Sunday.
  • Pam Smith for getting the reserve championship at the Great North Air Ambulance Dressage Final held at REC.
  • Ross Middleton on getting 3rd at Witton Castle horse trials on an ex Broomfield horse Alfie.
  • Pam Smith and Benjamin for winning their combined Training class at Nidd Valley RC show.
  • Rachel who qualified Broomfield Phoenix for the Novice Winter regional finals with an amazing score of over 70% at the weekend
  • Holly who won her Prelim qualifier on Castlehill Bobby again with over 70%
  • Ian won a Novice qualifier with Marissa Sharps lovely grey gelding  Don Giavanni with a score of over 70% too!
  • Kim Richards who jumped a lovely clear round Allerton Park Novice BE
  • Congrats to Ross Middleton on winning a BE 100 section on one of our former horses Broomfield Alfie at the same event.
  • Ian for qualifying for the Elementary dressage music winter regionals at REC events with a percentage of 67.97
  • Jane Scott for coming 2nd in the Novice 26 at same event with a score of 68.15%.
  • Well done to Lis Wilson on building on her recent BE90 win by flying round her first ever BE 100 event with a cracking double clear.
  • Congratulations to Joanne Days on qualifying at novice level for the Pet Plan Dressage Festival Final recently at REC. The finals are held at the BD Winter Championships next year.
  • Well done to Kim Richards on her a double clear in the novice section at Winkburn Horse Trials, collecting their first BE point in the process.
  • Well done to Emma Boynton who has managed to qualify to jump in the main arena at the Scope Show Jumping Festival this Wednesday - Good luck to her and Mister for Wednesday. 
  • Congratulations to Holly Brown and  Castlehill Bobby for winning the Suntan Dolphin Trophy for the Show Hunter Pony class at Mickley Show.
  • Last but not least well done to Ian Brown- himself - for winning the novice qualifier at Holmside hall with new ride Don Giovanni with a score of 70% and for coming 2nd in the Elementary class with a score of 67.7%.
  • Fiona Tweedy and Isla View who have  just been placed 9th in the Pre novice/BE 100 class at Richmond Equestrian Centre Affiliated Horse Trials.
  • Rachel Ellis on Broomfield Phoenix won both novice classes at snainton with scores of 67.5 and 69.31% - Well done to them both.
  • Liz Wilson on winning her Intro section at Thornton Watlass BE event
  • Jane Tombs for completing her first ever affiliated Intro class at the same event on Starlight.
  • Well done to  Joanne Days for coming 6th in the preliminary Class at the BD regional finals at Fry`s, along with Caroline Stanley who was also 6th in the Novice class at the regionals
  • Well done to Holly Brown who did well on her first attempt at the regionals in the preliminary class - just out of the placings - and also to Lis Stevenson who competed at novice level at the regionals.
  • Well done to Darlington Riding Club event team members who came 6th at the Riding Club National Championships and to Amanda Rowe for her individual placing of 4th at the same event, and
  • Well done to Nikki Smith on completing the RC championship on her mothers horse Crackenthorpe Orisis.
  • A Super Well done to Holly Brown who won her ridden class and then the Championship at the Dales Breed show riding David and Alison Eccles`  mare Westwick Lizzie
